Three to bar and with different cocoa contents, Espírito Cacau chocolates have superior quality as they are made from cocoa trees grown on their own farms, where the entire process, from choosing the seeds to harvesting the fruits, is monitored and subjected to strict technical control.

After being harvested, the almonds go through a controlled fermentation process. They are then dried in solar greenhouses to preserve the flavor and characteristics of the terroir of a rich region, bathed by the waters of the Rio Doce.

ESPÍRITO CACAU provides a unique experience when creating from “tree to bar” products with certfication of origin and monitoring of the entire production process to ensure the same quality standard. Our chocolates are made with different levels of cocoa grown on our own farms, where the best almonds are subjected to natural fermentation and drying processes to preserve the characteristics of a premium cocoa. The result is an exclusive chocolate, with the noble flavor and aroma that only the territory of Espirito Santo offers.

Espirito Cacau was created to provide consumers with quality, all-natural products with certification of Origin. Tree to bar, Espírito Cacau produces its own fine cocoa that is harvested manually and subjected to natural fermentation and drying processes in solar greenhouses to preserve the characteristics, quality and terroir of the beans.

Located in Serra, the Espírito Cacau manufacturing park was opened in 2018 with a production capacity of 195 tons/month.
The industry has state-of-the-art equipment for chocolate production and a fully automated dosing line to preserve the standard and quality of the products.
